#1 Set your priorities correctly

For successful and efficient time management, it’s important to create a list of priorities, organising everything by urgency and usefulness. That will help you to differentiate between what’s important and what’s not, and to develop a daily routine. That allows you to put your energy and resources to the best possible use, and will reduce stress.

 

#2 Set your milestones

What do you want to achieve with your RINGANA business? Formulating your goals precisely is the basis of success. It’s important to put together a concrete plan so that you don’t lose sight of the big picture, and can keep yourself motivated. You can write down your individual goals on the RINGANA sales poster, and map out your important To Do’s and your milestones in a creative way.

 

 

#3 Allocate your available time

Once you’ve set your priorities and milestones, move on to planning your day in detail. A diary for noting down important dates and To Do’s is useful here. If you spend time with your family during the day, you may have time for FRESH dates in the evening – or vice versa… you’re your own boss, and you decide on your working hours and free time!

TIP:

There’s a saying that: planning is half the battle. With a well-thought-out weekly plan, you’ll not only work more effectively, but you’ll gain more time for things that are close to your heart. Ideally, break down your big weekly goal into several smaller tasks, and put together a step-by-step plan. This allows you to cross off the tasks you’ve completed, and with each one you cross off, you’re one step closer to your goal for the week.
